QStudios is a content creator venue providing studio spaces for podcasts, video production, photography, events, and other creative productions. We are located at TechZone 213 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., Brgy. San Antonio, Makati City 1209, Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions govern three things:

• Your use of our website at theq.ph
• Studio bookings made through our booking form or by arrangement with our team
• Qmmunity, our monthly membership programme

In these Terms, "QStudios", "we", "us" and "our" refer to QStudios. "You" and "your" refer to the person making a booking, holding a membership, or using our website. For inquiries, contact us at Contact@theq.ph.

To book a studio or hold a Qmmunity membership, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking or applying
• Be booking on your own behalf, or have the authority to bind the organisation you represent

Minors may be present at a session as guests or on-camera talent, but only under the supervision of the booking client, who remains responsible for them at all times.

QStudios may decline or cancel any booking or membership where this information proves to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

All studio bookings are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email from QStudios.

• Booking requests are reviewed within 24 hours
• Sessions run on weekdays only, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time)
• Minimum booking is one hour, except the Platform Area / Events Place, which has a four-hour minimum
• Bookings may be made up to 366 days in advance
• Bookings are made on behalf of the individual who submitted the form
• QStudios reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion

We may also close the studio, mark a day off, or reserve a venue for internal use, in which case affected slots will not be available for booking.

All rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are inclusive of the studio space and its standard equipment.

• Podcast (Studios 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6) — ₱4,000 per hour · ₱15,000 half day (4 hours) · ₱25,000 full day (8 hours)
• Pictorials (Studio 5) — ₱5,000 per hour · ₱18,000 half day (4 hours) · ₱35,000 full day (8 hours)
• Events Place (Platform Area) — ₱10,000 per hour · ₱40,000 half day (4 hours) · ₱80,000 full day (8 hours)

Package rates are applied automatically based on the length of your session: a four-hour booking is charged at the half-day rate, an eight-hour booking at the full-day rate, and bookings of five to seven hours are charged at the half-day rate plus the hourly rate for each additional hour.

Optional add-ons are charged per hour of your session: Camera Operator ₱1,000, Photographer ₱2,000, Livestream Setup ₱2,000. Requests for extra lighting or audio equipment are quoted separately and are not included in the total shown at booking.

• Your reservation is not held until the downpayment is received and verified
• Any transfer fee charged by your own bank or e-wallet is your responsibility and does not count toward the downpayment — the amount we receive must equal the full 50% due
• QStudios does not process card payments and does not store any card or bank credentials
• Sessions that run past the booked end time are charged overtime at the applicable hourly rate
• Rates may change at any time, but never for a booking that has already been confirmed

If we cannot verify your payment reference, we will contact you by email before confirming the booking.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Cancelling a booking retains a ₱5,000 cancellation fee from your downpayment, regardless of how much notice you give. Any remaining downpayment balance is refunded; if your downpayment was ₱5,000 or less, the entire amount is retained and no refund is due
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability
• No-shows without prior notice forfeit the downpayment and may be charged the full session rate

Where a downpayment is forfeited, QStudios may — entirely at its discretion and without obligation or precedent — offer a reschedule or studio credit instead. Any such accommodation is a goodwill gesture and does not create an entitlement in future.

Approved refunds are returned by InstaPay / QR Ph transfer to the same account that made the payment, within seven (7) banking days of approval.

If QStudios cancels a confirmed booking for any reason other than your breach of these Terms, you may choose between a full refund of amounts paid or a reschedule at no additional cost.

Qmmunity is our monthly membership programme. Membership costs ₱1,000 per month and includes three (3) studio sessions per 30-day cycle.

• Applications are reviewed manually and approval is at our sole discretion
• Your membership begins only when we approve your application and confirm it by email
• If your application is rejected, your ₱1,000 is refunded in full
• Once your membership is approved, the monthly fee is non-refundable, whether or not you use your sessions
• Unused sessions expire at the end of each 30-day cycle and do not roll over or accumulate
• Membership is personal and non-transferable — sessions must be used by the member and login credentials may not be shared

Renewal. Qmmunity is not a subscription in the automatic sense. We do not store card details and we do not charge you automatically. Each renewal is initiated by you and applied manually by our team; if a renewal is not paid, your sessions do not reset and your membership may lapse.

Member bookings. Sessions booked using your membership allowance are subject to the same availability, studio rules, conduct standards, and cancellation windows as paid bookings. A session is deducted from your allowance when we confirm the booking. A cancelled member booking, or one missed without notice, is treated as used and is not returned to your allowance.

Deactivation. We may suspend or deactivate a membership for non-payment, violation of the studio rules in Section 08, breach of the acceptable use terms in Section 10, or abusive conduct toward our staff or other clients. We will notify you by email. Where a membership is deactivated for cause, unused sessions in the current cycle are forfeited and the monthly fee is not refunded. Where we deactivate a membership for any other reason, we will refund the unused portion of the current cycle on a pro-rata basis.

Qmmunity members create an account protected by a password and a one-time code sent to the email address on file.

• You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time codes confidential
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account
• Signed-in sessions may remain active for up to 30 days before you are asked to sign in again — take care when using shared or public devices
• Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred to anyone else
• You must notify us immediately at Contact@theq.ph if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission

We may suspend access to an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised, or where it is being used in breach of these Terms.

All clients and their guests must adhere to the following rules while on QStudios premises:

• Treat all equipment and studio spaces with care — you are responsible for any damage caused during your session
• No food or drinks near studio equipment
• Keep noise levels considerate of other studios in use
• No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances on the premises
• Maximum occupancy per studio must be observed at all times
• Sessions must end at the booked end time — overtime is subject to additional charges
• All equipment must be returned to its original position after use
• Guests must check in at reception before accessing any studio

You are responsible for the conduct of everyone you bring onto the premises, including your guests, crew, hosts, and on-camera talent. Any reference in these Terms to your obligations applies equally to them.

QStudios provides studio equipment as part of each booking. Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or studio property that occurs during their session.

• Damages will be assessed after each session
• The cost of repair or replacement of damaged equipment will be charged to the client responsible
• Pre-existing damage must be reported to staff before the session begins
• QStudios is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to clients' personal equipment or belongings

QStudios is a shared venue with multiple studios in use at the same time. The following may not be produced, recorded, staged, or streamed on our premises:

• Nudity, sexual, or adult content of any kind
• Content that is unlawful under Philippine law, or that promotes or facilitates unlawful activity
• Content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits minors in any way
• Content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, likeness, or other rights
• Defamatory content, or content that harasses, threatens, or incites hatred or violence against any person or group
• Content involving weapons, illegal substances, or live animals, unless agreed with us in writing beforehand

In connection with our website, you also agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site by automated means
• Submit bookings, applications, or enquiries automatically or in bulk
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any other security control
• Attempt to access bookings, membership records, or uploaded files belonging to anyone else
• Upload files containing malware, or interfere with the operation of the site

All content created during your session at QStudios belongs to you. QStudios does not claim any ownership over content produced on its premises.

Your responsibilities. You are solely responsible for the content you produce, and you confirm that you hold all rights necessary to produce it. In particular, you are responsible for obtaining:

• Consent and releases from every person appearing on camera or in audio
• Parental or guardian consent for any minor appearing in your content
• Licences for any music, footage, artwork, or other third-party material you use
• Any permits required for the production you are running

Material you upload to us. When you upload reference images, a profile photo, a bio, social handles, or similar material through our website, you grant QStudios a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that material solely for the purpose of providing our services to you — for example, showing your mood board to the crew assigned to your shoot, or displaying your profile photo in your Qmmunity account. This licence ends when the material is deleted.

Our material. The QStudios website, including its text, layout, photography, graphics, and the QStudios and Qmmunity names and logos, belongs to QStudios. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

Promotional use. By booking with us, you grant QStudios a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to:

• Feature behind-the-scenes photos or videos of your session on our social media channels and website — with your prior consent only
• Reference your studio session for marketing purposes — with your prior consent only

You may opt out of any promotional use at any time by notifying us at Contact@theq.ph.

Where your booking includes production or editing services, finished files are delivered by a Google Drive link, which we share with you by email and, for Qmmunity members, in the Google Drive Links section of your account.

• Turnaround times are estimates unless we have agreed a specific deadline with you in writing
• Delivery links remain available for at least ninety (90) days from the date we share them, after which files may be removed from our storage
• You are responsible for downloading your files and keeping your own backups
• QStudios is not liable for loss of files after the retention period, or for any loss caused by a third-party storage provider

We may withhold delivery of finished assets until any outstanding balance on your booking has been settled.

Our website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it — including online booking — without notice.

Our services rely on third-party providers, including hosting and data storage, calendar scheduling, and email delivery. An interruption at one of these providers may affect the availability of the website or the delivery of confirmation emails.

Some pages embed content from Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. That content is served by those platforms, is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and is not under our control. We are not responsible for it.

How we handle the information collected through our website is described in our Privacy Policy.

QStudios provides its facilities and services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• QStudios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• QStudios is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of anticipated content or audience
• QStudios is not responsible for technical failures, power outages, or unforeseen circumstances that affect your session
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question, or — for a membership claim — the membership fee paid for the current cycle

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QStudios, its owners, staff, and contractors against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• The content you produce, record, or stream on our premises
• Your use of music, footage, artwork, or other material you do not hold the rights to
• Any claim by a person appearing in your content, including claims relating to likeness, privacy, or consent
• The acts or omissions of your guests, crew, or talent while on our premises
• Your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law

Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control. This includes typhoons, flooding, earthquakes, fire, power or internet interruption, public health emergencies, government orders or lockdowns, civil disturbance, and strikes.

Where such an event prevents a confirmed session from going ahead, we will offer you a reschedule to the next mutually available date, or a studio credit valid for ninety (90) days, at your choice. Cancellation charges under Section 05 do not apply in these circumstances.

We may decline future bookings, suspend access to your account, or terminate your membership where you:

• Breach these Terms, the studio rules, or the acceptable use terms
• Fail to pay an outstanding balance or a membership renewal
• Provide false or misleading information when booking or applying
• Behave abusively toward our staff, other clients, or their guests

Where the circumstances allow, we will give you notice by email and an opportunity to put things right first. For serious breaches — including anything under Section 10 — we may act immediately.

On termination, confirmed bookings that have not yet taken place are cancelled. Whether any amounts are refunded is determined by Section 05 for bookings and Section 06 for memberships. You may stop using our services at any time; to close a Qmmunity account, email us at Contact@theq.ph.

Your use of our website, booking services, and Qmmunity membership is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

We process personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights over it.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written confirmation we send you, form the entire agreement between us and replace any earlier discussions or representations
• Severability. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, that does not waive our right to enforce it later
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours in connection with a reorganisation or sale of the business
• Notices. We send notices to the email address on your booking or account, and they are treated as received on the day they are sent. Keep your contact details up to date. You may send notices to us at Contact@theq.ph
• Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between us

QStudios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

The terms that apply to a confirmed booking are those in force on the date we confirmed it. For Qmmunity members, changes take effect from the start of your next 30-day cycle.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Philippines.

Before starting any formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
