QStudios is a content creator venue located in Makati City, Philippines. We provide studio spaces for podcasters, YouTubers, photographers, and content creators.

We only collect information you voluntarily provide when submitting a booking request through our website. This includes:

• Full Name — to identify your booking
• Email Address — to send booking confirmations and updates
• Phone Number — for booking-related communication
• Valid ID (front and back) — for identity verification purposes as required for studio access
• Preferred studio, date, and time — to process your booking request
• Notes or special requests — if provided

Information collected automatically. To protect our booking system from spam and abuse, our server briefly processes your IP address when you submit a booking request. The IP address is stored only in a hashed (anonymized) form for rate-limiting purposes and is automatically superseded after about one hour. We do not use it to identify or track you, and we do not run any analytics or profiling on our visitors.

The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

• Processing and confirming your studio booking request
• Sending confirmation and follow-up emails regarding your booking
• Verifying your identity for studio access
• Managing our booking schedule via Google Calendar
• Communicating with you about your reservation

We do not use your information for marketing purposes, profiling, or any purpose beyond managing your booking with us.

To operate our booking system, we use the following trusted third-party services. Your information may be processed by these services solely to facilitate your booking:

• Netlify — hosts our website and securely stores your booking details and uploaded ID images on our behalf. Netlify's infrastructure is primarily located in the United States, so your information may be stored outside the Philippines. Governed by Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• Google Calendar — used to schedule and manage bookings. Booking details are added to our private calendar. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Gmail (Google) — used to send email confirmations to you and to our team. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — our pages load fonts from Google's servers, which means your IP address is disclosed to Google when a page loads. No other information is shared. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

We retain your booking information, including uploaded ID images, for as long as necessary to manage your reservation, keep a record of past bookings, and comply with any applicable legal obligations.

Valid ID images are used solely for identity verification in connection with your booking. You may request deletion of your ID images and booking records at any time by contacting us at Contact@theq.ph, and we will remove them unless we are legally required to keep them.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses HTTPS encryption and your booking data is stored securely through Netlify's infrastructure.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our website does not set its own cookies and does not use any tracking or analytics technologies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools.

Our Contents page embeds social media posts from Facebook (Meta), Instagram, and TikTok. When that page loads, these platforms may set their own cookies and collect information about your visit, subject to their respective privacy policies. YouTube content on our site is shown as thumbnails and links only — no YouTube player is embedded, so YouTube does not set cookies through our pages.

As noted above, our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers but does not set cookies.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your personal data is collected and processed
• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
