QStudios is a content creator venue located in Makati City, Philippines. We provide studio spaces for podcasters, YouTubers, photographers, and content creators.

We only collect information you voluntarily provide when submitting a booking request through our website. This includes:

• Valid ID (front and back) — for identity verification purposes as required for studio access
• Preferred studio, date, and time — to process your booking request

• Managing our booking schedule via Google Calendar

• Google Calendar — used to schedule and manage bookings. Booking details are added to our private calendar. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — used to send email confirmations to you and to our team. Governed by Resend's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

We retain your booking information for as long as necessary to manage your reservation and comply with any applicable legal obligations. Booking records are typically kept for a period of one (1) year from the date of your booking.

Valid ID images are used solely for identity verification at the time of your booking and are not stored beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses HTTPS encryption and your booking data is stored securely through Netlify's infrastructure.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our website does not currently use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking technologies.

Some third-party embedded content (such as Instagram or YouTube embeds on our home page) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.
